Introducing some changes
September 24, 2011
There are some exciting changes coming to Foot4ward over the next few weeks. The first of which is the new Foot4ward Facebook page.
If you ‘Like’ the page (as in, if you click ‘Like’, not if you just like the page – obviously) you’ll be able to see any new updates such as blog posts, comments on the blog, or discussions, polls and photos on the Facebook page appear in your Facebook timeline. So, what will happen on the Facebook page? Well, there will be:
- Extra photos from race reports – if you’re at a race that gets reported, check through these and tag yourself or your friends. All Foot4ward photos are practically always incredibly flattering and almost certainly avoid ‘runner’s gurn’.
- Polls and discussions on topics that supplement the blog – have your say on the thoughts and opinions expressed here.
- (Hopefully) a community of runners, particularly motivating for the long winter runs and the build-up to the spring marathon season.
- Competitions and freebies.
Speaking of which, next week will see the launch of the first ever Foot4ward competition and promotion. Watch this space. (And, while you’re watching this space, why not pop over and Like us on Facebook.)
